Dobbo to Tomingley
Hi guys, my name is Tim
Today we woke up at 6:30 and had our showers, and left at 8:00, we drove for about 20 minutes until we got to Dubbo zoo. When we got into the zoo we parked in the caravan car park bit and tried to find out whe the tickets were by following the signs to the ticket place after wandering between 2 signs that pointed directly at each other until mum asked someone that could point us in the right direction which the signs couldn't. When we finally found it, dad told the lady at the counter that the signs were really badly placed and she said that she knew and her superiors were notified. When we got into the zoo bit of the zoo the first enclosure was 'African Wild Dogs'. We tried to get to most of the talks (rhino, meerkat, and hippo) my favorite talk an enclosure was the meerkats which means water cats but they hate water and are closer to a mongoose than a cat. We stayed there almost until they closed. After we had icecreams we got into the car and went to a truck stop and set up.
